Studio Policy & Booking Terms

All sessions must be completed within the designated validity period of your package.

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Extensions may be granted upon consultation in cases such as health concerns, relocation, or international travel.

No-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package.

To secure your lesson, payment is required in advance.

Refund Policies
At our studio, we are committed to providing a premium and personalised experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, our refund policy is outlined as follows

In line with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided no sessions have commenced. A full refund will be issued in this instance.

If sessions begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, a partial refund may be granted. The value of any completed sessions will be deducted from the total amount paid.

After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, payments are considered final and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances such as medical conditions, supported by appropriate documentation.

All packages and sessions are strictly non-transferable.
